Job Description:
As a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing equipment before and during procedures.
- Assessing patient conditions and providing appropriate care.
- Maintaining a sterile environment throughout procedures.
- Serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
- Utilizing downtime effectively to complete tasks assigned by Charge persons or managers.
- Fostering strong relationships with physicians and leadership to ensure excellent patient care.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred.
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
- BLS Certification.
- Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire.
