As a registered technologist in our cath lab, you will play a critical role in preparing equipment, assessing patient condition, and maintaining a sterile environment.
Our Team
You will work closely with a team of nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists to provide high-quality patient care. Our team is dedicated to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in cardiovascular technology.
Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment for procedures and maintain a sterile environment
- Assess patient condition and provide patient care
- Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students
- Maintain strong working relationships with physicians and leadership to ensure excellent patient care
Qualifications
- Completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS certification
- Previous procedural area experience preferred
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration and/or RCIS certification, Cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI) certification preferred
