Job Summary
Responsible for properly handling all incoming and outgoing non-technical calls that are directed through the Health Information Technology (HIT) Help Desk.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the various hospital codes and processes.
Alert and aware of the policies and procedures for handling all emergency and disaster calls taking immediate and appropriate action.
Contact physicians, emergency response groups and all other healers through proper means.
Experience
- One (1) year customer service experience in a call center/hospital setting with basic computer skills
- 30 wpm typing, preferred.
Education
- High school education or equivalent GED
Compensation
- $12.22-$19.95/hr depending on previous work experience
Schedule
Monday through Friday - 6 am to 2 pm
