• Responsible for properly handling all incoming and outgoing non-technical calls that are directed through the Health Information Technology (HIT) Help Desk.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the various hospital codes and processes.
• Alert and aware of the policies and procedures for handling all emergency and disaster calls taking immediate and appropriate action.
• Contact physicians, emergency response groups and all other healers through proper means.Experience
• One (1) year customer service experience in a call center / hospital setting with basic computer skills
• 30 wpm typing, preferred.Education
• High school education or equivalent GEDCompensation

Salary : $12 - $20
