Invasive Cardiology Imaging Career
This is an exciting opportunity for radiologic technologists looking to specialize in invasive cardiology imaging. As a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist, you will work closely with cardiologists and electrophysiologists to prepare and manage equipment during procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment before and during cardiovascular procedures.
- Assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care.
- Maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a sterile environment and follow infection control protocols.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
Benefits and Compensation
- $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience and qualifications.
