Job Description

We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our orthopedic unit team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients with a range of orthopedic conditions, including hip replacement, knee replacement, and fractures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as needed.

Qualifications

• CURRENT Oklahoma State LPN License required.
• BASIC Life Support (BLS) training or re-training required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
• Prior hospital experience preferred, but not required.
