Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate for the Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist position will have a strong background in radiologic technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to prepare and maintain equipment during cardiovascular procedures, ensure a sterile environment, and provide direct patient care in a state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Accredited Radiographic Program or accredited Cardiovascular Program graduate
One year of experience in a Cath Lab environment preferred
Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS
Basic Life Support certification, Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire

- Prepare equipment before and during procedures
- Identify and assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care
- Establish and maintain a sterile environment
- Collaborate with cardiologists and electrophysiologists to ensure effective patient care
