Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain equipment for cardiovascular procedures.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
- Participate in educational programs and activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
- Utilize downtime effectively to optimize department efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completion of a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology with eligibility or current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist - ARRT or Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
- Prior experience in procedural areas is highly desirable.
- Basic Life Support certification. ACLS certification within six months of employment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate: $27.84-$45.46, based on previous experience.
