This role requires collaboration with cardiologists and serving as a preceptor for new staff and students. Key responsibilities include preparation and operation of equipment, patient assessment, and maintenance of a sterile environment. To excel in this position, you should possess relevant certifications, including RCIS, and maintain current BLS and ACLS training.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited Radiographic or Cardiovascular Program and hold registration with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). Additionally, BLS and ACLS certification within 6 months of hire is required.
