CV Rad Technologist Job Description
Norman Regional Health System is looking for a highly skilled and motivated CV Rad Technologist to join our innovative cardiovascular program. As a CV Rad Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing equipment and providing patient care during cardiovascular procedures in a state-of-the-art facility.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing equipment before and during procedures
- Identifying and assessing patient condition, preparing, positioning, and providing patient care
- Establishing and maintaining a sterile environment
- Serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students
- Maintaining strong professional relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligible and/or current RCIS certification
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration and/or RCIS certification, with CV or CI and/or VI certification preferred
- Basic Life Support training and re-training during orientation, with current Basic Life Support required throughout employment

We offer a competitive compensation package, including hourly rates ranging from $27.84 to $45.46, based on previous experience.
