Norman Regional Health System is seeking a qualified Radiologic Technologist to join our Cath Lab team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a procedural area and possess the necessary skills and qualifications to prepare equipment, provide patient care, and maintain a sterile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- Identify and assess patient condition. Prepare, position, and provide patient care.
- Establish and maintain a sterile environment.
- Participate in the orientation of new staff and serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
- Use downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks by Charge person or manager.
- Maintain strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership to ensure excellent patient care.
