Radiologic Technologist - Cath Lab

As a key member of our cardiovascular team, you will play a vital role in preparing equipment, providing patient care, and maintaining sterility during procedures.

Our innovative cardiovascular program relies on professionals like you to deliver exceptional patient care. With a focus on teamwork and collaboration, you will work closely with a dedicated team of cardiologists to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of equipment before and during procedures.
• Identification and assessment of patient condition, preparation, positioning, and provision of patient care.
• Maintenance of a sterile environment.
• Professional Practice.
• Serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in the orientation of new staff.
• Use of downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks by Charge person or manager.
• Maintenance of strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist - ARRT.
• RCIS certification from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
