Job Details:
This role is for a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our Cath Lab team at Norman Regional Health System.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining equipment for cardiovascular procedures, providing patient care, and ensuring a sterile environment.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Prepares equipment before and during procedures.
- Identifies and assesses patient condition.
- Provides patient care and maintains a sterile environment.
- Serves as preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
- Diploma or Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited institution.
- Certification in Cardiovascular Technology (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training and ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
