Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Key responsibilities of this role include preparing and managing cardiovascular equipment, assessing patient condition, preparing and positioning patients, maintaining a sterile environment, serving as a preceptor for new staff members, utilizing downtime effectively, and developing strong professional relationships with physicians and leadership.
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- Hold necessary certifications such as ARRT or RCIS.
- One year's experience working in a Cath Lab setting is preferred.
- Basic Life Support certification is required.
- Advanced Life Support must be achieved within six months of hire.
