What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administrator position at Normandeau Associates, Inc.?
Normandeau Associates, Inc., one of the nation’s largest science-based environmental consulting firms, is seeking a full-time Contract Administrator. This position will be based in our Bedford, NH office.
The successful candidate will serve as a “hands-on” Contract Administrator performing all aspects of the contract lifecycle from proposal to contract closure, working closely with Project Managers across Normandeau Associate’s US locations.
Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:
· Performing all aspects of assigned proposal or contract processes including, but not limited to, reviewing terms and conditions, completing client forms, building pricing spreadsheets, uploading information to client portals, and monthly client reporting.
· Supporting the preparation of various agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, subcontractor agreements, and contract amendments.
· Accurately proofing, editing, and rewording content to deliver high-quality, compliant, and error-free proposals to meet any established timeline.
· Maintaining contractual records and documentation such as contract correspondence, customer contact information, contractual changes, insurance certificates, and status reports.
· Maintaining GSA contracts, including preparing quarterly GSA reports.
· Coordinating with others to ensure appropriate reviews are conducted.
· Seeking guidance on complex terms and conditions from higher level managers.
· Other duties as assigned.
The Contract Administrator is a customer focal point for client and subcontract communications. In addition, this role works closely with Normandeau Associates’ project managers, upper management from various departments, and C-Suite level Officers.
Requirements and Skills include:
· Bachelor's degree in Business with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
· Experience with Deltek or similar ERP systems.
· Experience in Professional Services firms.
· Experience working with Federal Service contracts.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Organizational skills, attention to detail, good judgement, and the ability to problem solve.
· Highly developed interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate with a diverse group sensitively, thoughtfully, and respectfully.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates should be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Salary: $72,000 - $80,000 annually. Salary is negotiable with higher levels of experience.
