Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of insurance products, and the ability to negotiate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters to secure the best coverage for clients.
• Provide expert guidance on benefits administration and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for market penetration and account growth.
• Conduct regular account reviews and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

Experience

• Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in commercial lines.
• Strong background in benefits administration and knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and recommend solutions.
• Effective negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
• Experience in outside sales or retail sales is a plus.
• NYS insurance license
• 5 plus years experience a must
