Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment. Maintain
the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. On a daily basis, inspect and document safety
forklift inspections. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods
- Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the
appropriate areas.
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Verify all deliveries/discrepancies by inspecting
materials and physically counting and comparing the amount printed on the delivery receipt. Report quality variances and file
paperwork immediately.
- Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Perform
picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards
- Loading: Efficiently move product to and from staging and/or storage areas into trailers or straight trucks.
- Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained. Assist in physical
and cycle count inventories. Ensure proper stock rotation. Requires strong inspection skills, accurate data input into a
computer and attention to details.
- Safety, Sanitation, Security: Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the
warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and safety standards
- Ability to commit to overtime schedules as needed.
- Ensured that every order picked was fulfilled with attention to detail and within given time frames. Proficient with the
warehouse inventory system.
- Utilized various types of forklift trucks, including pallet jacks to safely and efficiently move palletized goods across the
warehouse. Work inside and outside of the main warehouse building moving stock. Comfortable moving material as high as 20
feet in the air and operating a scissor jack.
- When staging materials for the next day's production, check production schedule the night before to stage packaging and
ingredients, if needed.
- Good attendance and reporting to work on-time is required to do this job satisfactorily
- Perform all tasks in a safe manner. Report all safety hazards to management so that corrective action can be taken
immediately.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: 1 plus years of experience in Warehouse
Computer Skills: Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Access and labelling software programs

Forklift certification
Other Requirements: Ability to read, understand and speak English, understand order sheets, do simple adding and
subtracting. Must be able to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and
backgrounds.
