What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager in Vancouver position at Norris & Stevens?
We are looking for an enthusiastic manager (or team) to oversee two properties near each other in Vancouver.
Compensation depends on experience and maintenance skills. Bonuses available for re-rent and rent increases. May qualify for reimbursements of gas, utilities, and cell phone depending on use.
As the property manager, you will be responsible for the appearance of your property, ensuring all community guidelines are followed, and excellent tenant experiences.
Duties will include:
- Rent collection
- Responding to maintenance requests
- Scheduling vendors
- Marketing vacancies
- Providing tours and applications to prospective residents
- Maintaining the property appearance
- Issuing notices
- Maintaining communication with residents
Whether you are experienced or just getting started in the industry, we may have a place for you.
We provide a 3-day Training course to connect you with our expert support team and familiarize you with Norris & Stevens' policies. You will work with one Asset Manager and Accountant and a full support team for laws, policies and procedures, giving you extensive resources for this rewarding challenge.
