What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roving Maintenance Tech in Salem position at Norris & Stevens?
We are looking for an enthusiastic maintenance team member to serve 2 properties near each other.
Compensation depends on experience and includes a full rent credit of $1,350.00 for a 2-bedroom unit. Reimbursements provided for gas.
Schedule is flexible but requires availability on weekends.
Maintenance duties would include:
- Maintenance Requests: Repairing and/or replacing all indoor and some outdoor aspects of a home... Fans, water heaters, faucets, cabinets, Doors--interior & exterior, appliances, electrical, plumbing, Ventilation, Locks, Weather stripping, etc.
- Curb Appeal: Picking up trash, blowing parking lots, shoveling snow, weed killing, maintaining trash areas, tagging non-compliance autos, laundry room maintenance, remove cobs from buildings and repairing exterior lighting.
- General: Maintaining the shop and rake room, ordering supplies, off property errands to pick up supplies & maintaining maintenance records.

We provide a 3-day Training course to connect you with our expert support team and familiarize you with Norris & Stevens' policies. You will work with one Asset Manager and Accountant and a full support team for laws, policies and procedures, giving you extensive resources for this rewarding challenge.
