Key Responsibilities
Under the general supervision of the Director, the L&D RN coordinates total nursing care for patients. This includes participating in patient and family teaching, acting as a patient/family advocate, and working with other nursing and ancillary personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should have a current state RN license. Additional requirements include Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification, BLS, ACLS, and NRP. Two to three years' nursing experience is also required.
