Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop Your Team – Train, mentor, and inspire department managers and store associates to reach their full potential.
• Execute Company Strategies – Align store operations with corporate goals, implementing strategies to improve efficiencies and drive overall business growth.
• Drive Store Performance – Oversee daily operations, optimize inventory, and manage a multi-million-dollar budget to ensure profitability.
• Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience – Maintain a clean, well-stocked store that provides a welcoming shopping environment.
• Monitor Financial Success – Track store sales, analyze reports, and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Ensure Compliance & Safety – Maintain food safety, operational compliance, and store security standards.
• Engage with the Community – Build strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and suppliers.

• 5 years of leadership experience in grocery, retail, or a high-volume environment.
