Job Title : Superintendent

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Oversee cabinet installation jobs for single family new construction.
  • Provide direction to subcontractors and internal teams to ensure

that timelines quality standards are being met.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and current homebuilders.
  • Coordinate with builders to provide prompt and complete service.
  • Manage scheduling for service trips.
  • Identify, mitigate, and track recurring quality issues.
  • Adhere and enforce OSHA standards in the field.
  • Visit sites regularly during construction — including measuring,

    • installation walks, punch walks, and closeouts — and attend status and

    coordination meetings

  • Conduct and document quality and safety inspections throughout the

    • construction process, ensuring that the work environment is acceptable

    and that tools and equipment are in good working condition

  • Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies, and

    • other project disruptions.

  • Work with Homeowners to complete any warranty or service work.

    • Qualifications :

  • Close working experience and strong relationships with a variety of

    • home builders.

  • Two or more years of experience in managing new-construction projects.
  • Ability to read construction plans.
  • Experience with scheduling and planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of construction worksite safety practices.

    • Pay : $55,000-$75,000
