JOB SUMMARY
The Business Performance Analyst is responsible for utilizing qualitative and quantitative analysis to measure and optimize FIFCO USA’s contribution margin. The Business Performance Analyst has responsibility for reviewing and analyzing pricing and promotion requests, DME spend and aiding in the analysis of FIFCO USA’s pricing and profitability. The role of the Revenue Management Analyst is to be the authority on pricing and price promotions, ensure that FIFCO USA is receiving adequate return on investment, and assist with the improvement of FIFCO USA’s profit margin. A direct output will include providing guidance on proper pricing of FIFCO USA products by the outside sales team to maximize FIFCO USA’s overall contribution margin.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform the review and implementation of pricing and price promotion requests, evaluating their impact on the business and adherence to FIFCO USA’s Revenue Management Strategy.
- Perform pre and post analysis of price promotion and rebate spends to ensure program intent is delivered and performance clearly capture and communicated.
- Be the subject matter expert to the sales organization for pricing, volume, and financial analysis; including monthly financial processes and Sales-based P&L detail.
- Perform the review and execution of pricing and price promotion requests, considering their impact on the business and adherence to FIFCO USA’s Revenue Management Strategy.
- Co-lead the Sales team Budgeting process including mid-year (MYR) update.
- Produce monthly and quarterly business review packages.
- Deliver business insights, reporting and analysis to the Sales Team, Marketing and Finance teams.
- Aid in the delivery of the Sales P&L packages.
- Maintain current/future pricing administration efforts.
- Perform pre and post analysis of price promotion and rebate spends to ensure an adequate return on intent is achieved. Present recommendations for adjustments to strategy.
- Calculate and report upon revenue and contribution of products and geographies and identify gaps to plan or areas for improvement.
- Analyze wholesaler margins to uncover opportunities for FIFCO USA to gain additional margin, and work with sales team to develop strategies for adjusting, including break-even volume analyses.
- Utilize Circana and internal data to uncover volume opportunities by analyzing optimal price gaps to competition, as well as efficient use of promotional dollars to increase margins. Present opportunities to sales and marketing teams and report on results of changes.
- Act as ongoing resource to the sales organization for pricing, financials and volume analysis
- Work with Marketing to analyze programs' DME spend and perform post program ROI assessment.
- Analyze and report on business performance related to margin, pricing, and volume decisions, including but not limited to SKU mix, Margin and COGS.
- Assist Sales Organizations by interfacing with wholesalers for price/margin negotiation and agreement.
- Develop, maintain, and constantly improve the pricing and price promotion process.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis as necessary.
- Actively support the profitable growth culture.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree required; preferred disciplines include Finance, Economics, or Marketing
- 3-5 years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably within the beer or consumer packaged goods industry
- Pricing and/or Revenue Management background strongly preferred as well as Sales Finance experience
- Experience presenting to groups of 10 or more people

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $67,300 - $100,900/year, not including benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at FIFCO USA, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to enable future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous benefits package!
