What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Accountant position at North American Construction Services?

- Evaluate current and previous financial data
- Provide financial analysis support for department managers
- Develop ad hoc reports, special studies, and financial analyses to drive business behavior
- Create, upload, and print checks for accounts payable
- Assist with workers' compensation, business insurance, and annual audits
- Assist with the annual accounting audit
- Serve as Computer Ease and WorkMax Administrator
- Enter new employees into the ERP system and ADP
- Maintains payroll tax records
- Job cost analysis and POC accounting
- Prepare and assist in month end closing reports, reconciliations, and entries
- Budget and cash forecast
