North American Renewables, Inc., is seeking a General Site Superintendent to join our growing Solar EPC team!
The General Superintendent will lead and oversee the Site Superintendents to ensure the highest level of safety, quality, and compliance on every project.The General Superintendent will develop, enforce, and maintain processes to increase job site safety, ensure quality compliance, reduce costs, and increase project velocity. This position is critical to North American Renewables (NAR) goals pertaining to site safety, quality control, and staff training and development. The General Superintendent will have extensive electrical, structural, and civil construction experience along with direct experience in the construction of photovoltaic systems.
- Provide onsite leadership during routine site visits
Review Project Status
Coordinate safety standards and training for the Field Operations group.
Provide feedback, support, and guidance to site superintendents to improve efficiency, morale and better work environment.
Review contract scope, drawings, schedules, subcontracts, and other project documents as needed.
