Full time Medical Receptionist needed for growing medical office. Must have minimum ONE year experience as a receptionist in a medical office setting. We have offices in Suwanee, Alpharetta, Cumming and Lawrenceville. Candidates must be willing to travel between all the different locations.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Help others when needed with a positive attitude
- Checking patients in and out
- Scheduling appointments
- Insurance verification
- Collecting co-pays/deductibles
- Posting charges/payments to the patient's accounts
- Data Entry
- Opening/Closing duties
- Sorting faxes
- Scanning documents into patient chart
