Our customers in the dealer market such as: Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, a small amount of Georgia is a distributor of construction JIT materials or shelf items. Our inside dealer sales team has built a powerful reputation in the industry and are looking for a driven and resourceful inside sales representative to join our team. The position of Inside Dealer Sales Representative has a few important layers. Sizable part of the first few months is training on the manufacturing side. This gives the new hire the ability to see what Central Woodwork offers and how it is completed for the customer. This process is important for an Inside dealer sales representative because it is what we have to offer and how it is produced from start to finish. It is important our inside dealer sales department is familiar with our inventory. Understanding how the product is built from start to finish. Central Woodwork, Nashville consists of a head count of over 110 employees. Central Woodwork has KVAL equipment to build their interior, exterior steel, fiberglass and wood door units. An Inside Dealer Sales representative in millwork involves interacting directly with customers daily. Providing information about our products. Processing orders and quotes daily. Helping customers find what they're looking for. Helping customers with issues or
complaints they may have. Maintaining a positive customer relationship. Communicating with customers and problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction. Occasionally working on large projects with our Outside Dealer Sales team.

Responsibilities
- Order / Quote entry daily. We have a 24 hour turn around on quotes
- Answer phones / Return voicemails
- Monitor emails
- Develop positive relationships with our customers
- Represent oneself in a professional manner
- Maintain acceptable profit margins
- Follow up on all projects
- Purposeful analytical person - thrive on challenges, continuously look for ways to improve and grow sales
- Tech savvy - proficient in using quoting software for (window bids, door bids) order entry
- Complete work daily
- Must be able to communicate with other peers in sales department
- Communicate with production and shipping department
- Most importantly, communicate with the customer
- Ability to multi-task and make business decisions in a constantly changing, fast paced environment

- Minimum education required: GED or High School diploma
- Preferably 2-5 years experience in a retail/wholesale environment with a demonstrated success working with customers
- Microsoft Office and Outlook experience
- General knowledge of the building industry preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Full-time (M-F) 7:30AM - 4:00PM
