Description:
North Atlantic Landscape is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Hardscape Foreman to join our team for the 2025 season!
Schedule is Monday - Friday, with some weekend works as nescessary
- Lead and coordinate hardscape projects from start to finish.
- Build high-quality patios, walkways, and other hardscape structures.
- Ensure smooth planning and execution of projects while maintaining efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by keeping clients informed on project progress.
- Assist with estimating labor, materials, and equipment costs for hardscape projects.
- Work closely with the team to develop accurate job quotes.
- Maintain a safe and organized job site, following industry safety standards.

- Strong understanding of hardscape materials, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Experience with estimating or a willingness to learn.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor
- Flexibility to meet project demands, including seasonal workload variations.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
- Valid driver’s license required (DOT medical card needed; CDL is a plus).
