YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR HARDSCAPE CREW LEADER
You lead your team at RD Outdoor, coordinating hardscape projects efficiently. Each day involves outlining goals, managing tasks, and ensuring everyone knows their roles. You tackle challenges head-on, keeping the project on schedule while fostering teamwork. As each project nears completion, you take pride in transforming outdoor spaces, creating beautiful landscapes that clients can enjoy for years.
