What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Coordinator position at NORTH BEACH REALTY LLC?
MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR needed to manage small maintenance crew for busy vacation rental realty company. Must be able to dispatch and track work orders & staff location, detailed review of work orders, keep maintenance records, stock supplies, complete work orders in system, coordinate between maintenance, reservations, owners, & service companies as needed. Must be detailed oriented and able to maintain structured environment. Usual working hours Mon-Sat 9am-5pm. From May to September, Saturdays are a must.
· Clean background required.
· Minimum 1 year required.
· Vacation/holiday benefits and hiring bonus after 90days.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
