Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 overtime eligible
We are seeking a polished, high-performing Executive Assistant to support a dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced investment environment and is eager to provide high-level support to senior professionals across multiple teams.
This role is perfect for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented EA who can juggle complex calendars, anticipate needs, and build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative support to ~10 investment professionals across two teams
- Coordinate a high volume of internal and external meetings with precision
- Build and maintain strong relationships with broker sales teams to optimize meeting schedules
- Own calendar management: screen for conflicts, flag priorities, prep teams for upcoming engagements
- Handle travel logistics including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Process expense reports quickly and accurately
- Track and log meeting outcomes and notes in internal systems
- Organize research materials: earnings reports, models, presentations, etc.
- Support onboarding and training logistics for new hires
- Participate in weekly team meetings and business updates
- Grow into a foundational support partner with a working knowledge of sectors such as tech, consumer, energy, media, and more
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of EA or administrative experience, ideally in financial services (equities/investment exposure a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Clear communicator with excellent grammar and written skills
- Discreet, dependable, and mature—able to handle sensitive information with care
- A genuine interest in growing within a collaborative, high-performing team
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Experience booking complex travel, managing competing priorities, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
