Schedule : Onsite, Monday–Friday
Location : New York (Manhattan)
Compensation : $62,000 - $72,000 base range (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities :
Handle and process operational requests through a ticketing system.
Ensure accurate and timely tracking of operational workflows and documentation.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records in compliance with company protocols.
Adapt to new tools and systems, identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
Perform routine administrative tasks with precision and consistency.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience : 2–3 years in an HR administrative or similar role.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
