Compensation:
- Base Salary:
- Associate Director: $200K–$230K
- Vice President: $170K–$200K
- Bonus: 15–25% target bonus
Schedule: Standard business hours with expected overtime as needed
Experience Required: 10 years of progressive HR and/or Talent Development experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Position Summary
The Talent Management Associate Director or Vice President will be a key member of the growing HR function, leading the design, execution, and continuous improvement of strategic talent initiatives across the organization. This individual will drive firmwide learning, development, coaching, and leadership programs, and partner with stakeholders to assess talent needs, shape experiences, and build scalable, high-impact solutions.
This is a highly visible role, ideal for a strategic and hands-on professional with a deep background in organizational and leadership development, learning design, and advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Design, deliver, and evolve talent development programs—such as the firm’s core curriculum—through a full lifecycle approach (design, rollout, assessment, and iteration).
Coaching & Career Development
- Provide individualized coaching, team-specific training, and career planning guidance across business units.
Strategic Talent Development
- Collaborate with HR partners, managers, and employees to assess and enhance development efforts aligned with business priorities.
Learning & Capability Building
- Partner with leadership to design training programs and skills-building initiatives grounded in business needs and learner data. Leverage competency models and feedback loops to improve outcomes with minimal disruption to workflow.
Organizational Development
- Oversee the review and refinement of role-specific competencies and ensure learning offerings map to business-critical capabilities.
Talent Advisory & Succession Planning
- Develop and implement advisory tools, including succession planning frameworks, team development workshops, and custom solutions.
Leadership & Manager Effectiveness
- Build and manage programs that elevate leadership impact and equip managers with practical tools for success.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Lead relationships with external learning and development partners to ensure top-tier delivery and alignment with internal standards.
Analytics & ROI Reporting
- Track the effectiveness of development efforts and deliver insights to senior leadership in partnership with HR leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Participate in broader HR initiatives and human capital projects as needed.
