ADMISSIONS VISIT COORDINATOR
Location: North Broward Preparatory School
The Office of Admissions at North Broward Preparatory School invites applications for a full-time, twelve-month position of Admissions Visit Coordinator. This person will report directly to the Director of Admissions and Marketing.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Admissions Visit Coordinator provides the first point of contact for prospective students and family members visiting North Broward Preparatory School. This position runs the daily operations of the Office of Admissions and assists in guiding the parent ambassadors who assist as greeters and campus events volunteers. This position will require the team member to interface extensively with prospective families. The Admissions Visit Coordinator shall be able to explain North Broward Prep policies, admissions application and process for both day and boarding students, financial aid and scholarship application guidelines to prospective families, while identifying systemic barriers faced by families and working with the Director of Admissions, Marketing and Communications and the Admissions team for resolution.
This position manages the daily operations of the Office of Admissions. This includes properly executing visit coordination for individual and group visits, managing incoming phone and email communication with prospective families, and managing the internal office calendar, assuring the office is covered for phone, email and admission presentations. The Admissions Visit Coordinator serves as the main host, providing a welcoming and recruitment focused campus visit experience. The North Broward Prep campus tour functions as a vital tool in the obtainment of various school-based and enrollment goals. The Admissions Visit Coordinator also works closely with the Marketing team to ensure we have all materials for the campus visit experience and special campus events.
Additionally, this position will collaborate with the Director of Admissions, Marketing and Communications in the re-enrollment process for current students. This may include regular outreach and follow-up with re-enrollment families – answering questions and assisting with re-enrollment steps.

- Collaborates with Director of Admissions, Marketing and Communications on the development and execution of exemplary campus tour initiatives including daily campus visits, and group visits. Must interact with prospective families in a courteous, pleasant, tactful and professional manner. Answers general questions of broad school-scope, including standards and deadlines for admission, boarding, financial aid and scholarships. Requires a deep working knowledge of admission application process and requirements.
- Serve as a guide and resource for parent ambassadors who participate in our campus visit experience.
- Manages the admission team member presentation and visit schedule.
- Maintains all visitor information in Salesforce CRM for accurate reporting.
- Participate in Admission events, serving as point for registration and check-in.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies for both the admissions team and visitors – including beverages for visitors, and back-office inventory.
- Maintains office calendar to ensure proper coverage for phone and email inquiries.
- Identify office needs in a timely manner to maintain proper inventory of marketing materials for the campus visit experience.
- Maintain data of withdrawn students throughout the school year.
- Ensure re-enrollment data is accurate between systems.
- Help guide families through re-enrollment process as needed – phone call, email and office drop-in support as needed.
- Follow up with families as needed on re-enrollment status.
