Primary Purpose of Position
To teach courses in First-Year English Composition.
Hold office hours for planning, grading, and meeting with students. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities The position is for an English Adjunct faculty with an emphasis on classroom management and service to the department. Computer knowledge and willingness to train is mandatory. Use of University tools provided such as Canvas is required. Being able to communicate with students is necessary and expected. Minimum Education / Experience M.A. in English or other related field. Licenses or Certification required by Statute or Regulation The applicant must hold a M.A. degree minimum 18 credit hours in English.
