About the Longleaf Neuro Medical Treatment Center Longleaf Neuro Medical Treatment Center (LNMTC) is a certified Medicare and Medicaid facility nursing home that provides a continuum of care to both adults with severe and persistent mental illness that also have long-term medical conditions requiring residential, medical and nursing care, and to adults with a diagnosis of Alzheimer's or other related dementia. LNMTC facilitates high quality skilled and intermediate nursing care throughout five Nursing Unit Floors that operates 24 hours seven days a week, with 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. - Experience in professional nursing theory, techniques, practice and procedures.
- Working knowledge of State and Federal standards.
- Experience in adult learning principles and teaching techniques.
- Providing guidance and assistance in planning, scheduling and providing educational programs for employees in all departments.
- Effectively communicate to students in a manner to meet individual learning needs, including verbally or by demonstration and/or combination methods
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina and one year of experience in the area of specialization.

ELIGIBILITY FOR SIGN-ON BONUS
A newly hired permanent full time or permanent part-time employee who works 30 to 40 hours per week is eligible for a sign-on bonus (this will be prorated for employees working less than 40 hours per week).
An employee is not eligible for a sign-on bonus if:
- the employee has held a position in North Carolina State government, including the judicial system, or the University of North Carolina system within the last 12 months (the employee shall remain ineligible for 12 months from the separation date);
- the employee has previously received a sign-on bonus from any State agency;
- or DHHS has paid any contract placement or recruitment fees.
