Essential Job Duties | This position will assist in the administration of the Graduate School's Slate instance, as well as contribute to the oversight of the graduate degree audit system. The role requires cross-functional and high-level oversight of enhancements to existing and new functionalities of Slate and the degree audit system. The CRM Analyst must be able to think critically and innovatively to increase efficiencies and provide a more integrated experience for applicants, students, faculty and staff to achieve admissions and enrollment goals. A successful candidate will be growth-minded, data-oriented and able to work with individuals with varying technological knowledge.
