As a CNA at Pine Crest Nursing Home, your number one job is to enhance the lives of our residents by providing Person-Centered care in our skilled nursing facility in Merrill. Under the supervision of a facility Licensed Nurse, the Hospitality Assistant provides quality nursing care to residents; reports pertinent information to immediate supervisors; responds to inquiries and requests for information; assists with tasks to support department operations; and maintains a safe and clean environment.

What You’ll Do
- Provide quality care to residents, promoting their rights, dignity, and individuality.
- Attend to the individual needs of residents, such as assistance with grooming, hygiene, feeding, transfer, ambulation, and range of motion.
- Maintain a safe, homelike environment for residents.
- Promote Person Centered Service in all interactions.
- Create deep relationships with residents, coworkers, and families.
- Respectful and helpful demeanor with a focus on teamwork.
- Reliable attendance.
- Willingness to adapt to changing surroundings and a variety of vulnerable populations.
- Detail focused communication.
- We have full-time and part-time roles available. Starting pay up to $22.00 per hour, which includes shift differential for PM and Night shifts. Shifts are 6:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm – 10:00pm or 10:00pm-6:00am.
