Purpose
The Instructional Coordinator works in collaboration with the Dean of Instruction to assist faculty with the use of educational technology and institutional systems. The Instructional Coordinator recommends best practice in teaching and content delivery using the latest in educational technology. The instructional coordinator provides individualized assistance to faculty with regards to institutional systems.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree preferred
- Higher Education background and experience preferred
- Experience in curriculum maintenance and development
- Interpersonal skills

Essential Functions
- Regular attendance and timeliness
- Researches best practices utilizing educational technology
- Recommends educational technology and applications for teaching
- Assist faculty in implementation of instructional technology
- Assist faculty with institutional systems
- Assist faculty with program assessment
- Works with faculty on the implementation of instructional best practices
- Assist faculty with curriculum development utilizing the WIDS program
- Work directly with faculty on the development of effective grading practices
- Assist in planning internal professional development opportunities
- Assist with the development of new faculty orientation
- Maintains a good working relationship with faculty on both campuses
- Review relevant areas of the website and recommend changes to your supervisor
