Position Overview:
The job is responsible for ensuring the office operates efficiently and professionally. This includes managing the procurement of supplies in coordination with the Fiscal Officer's office and overseeing telephone, clerical, and receptionist responsibilities. The role involves responding to inquiries from individuals, agencies, corporations, and other entities by providing accurate and timely information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the purchasing of office supplies in alignment with the Fiscal Officer's guidelines.
- Manage and operate a multi-line telephone system, including voicemail functionality.
- Perform general clerical tasks such as typing, copying, faxing, and preparing mail labels.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Provide administrative support to office personnel as needed.
- Handle additional duties assigned by the Fiscal Officer or Executive Director.

- Proficiency in operating office equipment, including multi-line phone systems, fax machines, copiers, and computers.
