What are the responsibilities and job description for the Club Lounge Attendant / Concierge (Open Availability) position at North Charleston Marriott?
The purpose of the Club Lounge Attendant is to be responsible for the daily operation and preparation of the M-Club, ensuring guest services to all VIP customers, and serving food and beverage to all VIP customers, in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner.
This is a full-time position that will rotate between AM and PM shifts with other Concierge Lounge Attendants.
Essential Job Functions:
- Greet all guests cheerfully and professionally
- Ensure all amenities are stocked to ensure our VIP guests' expectations are met and exceeded
- Clean and organize the M-Club lounge at end of shift
- Assist in other areas as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
