Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee various landscape and groundskeeping projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing landscape maintenance, lawn care, and tree care projects. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong leadership skills, be able to maintain a focus on safety, and have the ability to build a cohesive team.
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of landscape and groundskeeping projects, from planning and execution to completion.
- Develop and implement project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- Oversee and direct a team of groundskeepers, lawn care technicians, and tree care specialists to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct site visits to inspect project progress and identify any issues that may impact the project timeline or budget.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Provide ongoing training and support to team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to complete projects to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of projects into the company's overall operations.
Experience:
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on landscape and groundskeeping projects.
- Experience in supervising and leading a team of groundskeepers, lawn care technicians, and tree care specialists.
- Strong understanding of landscaping, lawn care,tree care, and landscape maintenance best practices.
- Experience in maintaining a focus on safety and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Performance Base Pay
As an approved North Coast service technician, you are required to perform a variety of tasks ranging from technical to relational, and over the years we’ve discovered it takes a special person to do this job right. Dollar for dollar, North Coast starting compensation pays 20% more than the median wage of comparable positions in the mid west, and 45% higher than the national average (according to really.com) — but, that’s if you’re average. Since we only hire rock stars, within 4-8 weeks we can get you earning considerably more depending on your proficiency to learn and apply what we teach.
Commissions, Tips & Bonuses
In addition to your daily performance pay, you always have the opportunity to earn more just by doing two simple things naturally and consistently: (1) Looking for opportunity to share North Coast other services, and (2) Working to the best of your capabilities. Flexible Schedule
You work hard to deliver 5-star experiences for North Coast customers, so we want your personal and family time to be substantial and rewarding. We know that life isn’t all about work and sometimes you just want to take an extra day off now and then, or get away for a couple weeks. With adequate planning and coordination, the sky’s the limit, and we want to help you make it happen! In fact, North Coast services are seasonal by nature, so some times of the year we work really hard for weeks, and at other times it’s more casual. By planning ahead, our team members enjoy a balanced life of work, family and leisure.
Company Truck & Equipment
North Coast provides Field Technicians with a company truck loaded with all the equipment you need to do your job. Once qualified, you are permitted to take it home with you each day.
Mileage Reimbursement & Fuel
North Coast issues its Field Technicians company bank cards to pay for the recurring replenishment of fuel and supplies. In the case a company truck is not available, or employees are driving for business purposes, North Coast pays a per-mile stipend.
Paid Holidays
North Coast observes the following holidays, and we’ll automatically add these hours to the next payroll: New Year’s Day (January 1), Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving (Fourth Thursday in November) and Christmas Day (December 25). Our pay schedule is every week.
Paid Time Off
Every hour you work at North Coast is banking you time to do the things you love. After a 90-day waiting period, you’ll earn 1-hour of paid time off (vacation time) for every 40-hours worked.
