Showroom Coordinator

Our Company is seeking an organized, proactive and efficient Office Manager/Showroom Coordinator to join our fast paced Showroom Design Team. The right candidate will be detail oriented, organized, professional, and able to interact with clients. We are looking for someone highly organized and able to anticipate and provide complete back-end support to our design team. Proficiency with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Google Docs a must. Your primary role will be in generating Purchase Orders with vendors, tracking all retail orders for showroom, and keeping logs for delivery/pick-up. You will have a keen eye for kitchen and bath design, and a friendly personality as you will be occasionally greeting and working with customers in the showroom on assisting on design projects. Knowledge about tile or stone a plus.

• Review Designer/Sales Personnel pricing and quantities for Estimates/Invoices
• Generate, Place and Track Purchase Orders for all Retail Sales (includes tile, stone slabs & installation accessories (and for Jobs when requested)
• Customer Service/Sales: Greet customers in person at showroom, take sales calls and provide info via email.
• Manage email communications with Vendors and design professionals.
• Invoicing and Processing Payments for Retail Orders & Service Deposits. Process CC Returns when required.
• Tracking orders and delivery schedules and calling customers when orders come in.
• Updating all sales files and records through completion.
• Maintaining Slab/Remnant Holds on Google docs
• Updating server with current pricelists and cost changes from all vendors and suppliers.
• Supporting design team and Estimators

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,157.84 - $62,400.00 per year
