Accounts Payable Specialist

North Country Associates, Maine’s premier health care management companies, is currently seeking an experienced individual to join our Accounts Payable Department in house at our Lewiston Central Office.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and financial documents.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to address inquiries and issues.
Qualified individuals must have:
* Previous accounts payable experience
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to perform duties with a focus on customer service - both internal and external
* Strong computer skills using Microsoft software applications
* The ability to multi-task and work positively with other team members
* Must be a team player willing to assist on projects when needed
