Description
The WIC Intake Specialist supports the mission, goals and objectives of the North Country Family Health Center, Inc. by providing staff support to the WIC Program. This employee determines program eligibility for potential participants using an agency computer, collects height, weight and hemoglobin data on infants, children, and adults. The WIC Intake Specialist also assists with clerical duties, outreach, and WIC core services.

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to travel among Jefferson and Lewis Counties, and for trainings
- Flexibility in work hours which includes working evenings and Saturdays
