Summary of Work

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with great communication and customer service skills to join our team!

  • Assist in planning and preparation for various conferences, organizational events and workshops.
  • Aid with maintaining websites and communication.
  • Prepare training and meeting materials.
  • Proof reading and editing documents.
  • Assist with mail duties and answering phone.
  • Aid with covering front desk and greeting visitors.
  • Other duties as needed

To thrive in this position, you must have the ability to multitask and be organized, reliable and professional in a changing work environment. The successful candidate must be flexible, able to meet strict guidelines and manage time independently.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you are required to have a high school diploma/GED and three years of work experience performing a variety of complex office support or Associate Degree in a business-related field and two years work experience.

Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and can easily learn new software programs. Preference may be given to those individuals with experience in event planning.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The Department of Career and Technical Education does not provide sponsorships. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel within the state of North Dakota. Applicant must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds unassisted.
