Hiring Range: $57,600-$63,000
Help change the world and improve the lives of North Dakota citizens by providing customer service through Enterprise Desktop Administration services. North Dakota Information Technology (NDIT) is seeking an Enterprise Desktop Administrator for our Technology division. As our Enterprise Desktop Administrator, you will monitor, coordinate and resolve incidents and/or changes requested by customers and internal staff, and provide remote and on-site support for computer hardware such as desktops, laptops, scanners, and other peripherals. Additionally, you will identify, document, and clearly articulate operational functions and work with business analysts to identify improvement opportunities. To succeed in this position, you will be comfortable working in an environment with a continuous workload and an emphasis on quality. You will be an inquisitive and constant learner open to observation and feedback. You should be highly organized, able to manage your time and priorities effectively in order to meet organization standards. You should be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships while working independently and within a team.
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or closely related degree, or an Associate’s degree in the above or closely related field, and two years of current and progressive work experience as stated above, or 4 years of current and progressive work experience as state above.
