Position Information
The NDSU Agriculture Business Center is seeking a dynamic Business Coordinator to manage financial, budgetary, and human resource operations within the College of Agriculture, Food Systems, and Natural Resources. This role supports the unit’s operations under the guidance of the Business Manager, ensuring efficient and accurate business functions in compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Budget Management & Financial Reporting : Track and manage unit budgets, provide financial analysis, and support strategic planning with the Business Manager.
- Accounting Transactions : Oversee accounts payable / receivable, general ledger reconciliation, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Human Resources & Payroll : Manage HR / payroll activities for faculty, staff, and student employees, including position budgeting and payroll certification.
