Position Information
The individual in this position provides Zoom cloud system and related application administration for voice and collaboration functions, assists in the management and operational functions of related services, and provides cellular services. This individual works in a collaborative, team context to implement best practices and architecture, lead projects, and mentor colleagues; provides technical support strategy and coordination with the IT Service Center; and provides escalated user support. Work Schedule : customarily, university office hours (M - F, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
Advertised Salary : $66,000 / year
Minimum Qualifications :
- One of the following : Bachelor’s degree in computing, network services, or telephony; OR Associate’s degree in computing, network services, or telephony and three years of direct experience; OR five years of related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in high-energy, changing work environment.
- Strong interpersonal / oral / written communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational / analytical / problem solving skills.
- In-depth experience in at least one of the following areas : desktop or server computing OR local area networking OR telecommunications.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute successfully within a diverse team and extended set of stakeholders and promote inclusion practices in everyday work.
Demonstrated team-oriented leadership skills.
