Job Summary
The Systems Administrator is accountable for providing a reliable environment where multi-user computers are associated with the LAN/WAN network. This includes but is not limited to installing, configuring, and maintaining servers and networks, overseeing system performance, troubleshooting issues, performing system upgrades and supporting the IT Service Team and other Business Units.
Responsibilities
- Monitor information system health with quick, effective response to issues or disruptions
- Adapt and learn emerging technologies
- Interact with other teams to assist with troubleshooting, identify root cause and provide technical support when needed
- Provide on-going information and updates to customers and team members when issues arise
